“Sophie and her team have helped my dog and our family so much. Their knowledge and experience had made a big difference to my reactive, nervous dogs life. We were at a loss being unable to go for a walk without our dog barking and lunging at other dogs, cats and being scared of all manner of noises. She was barking at people walking past our house and generally a very anxious dog. I was almost a breaking point with how hard it was getting. However with the combination of classes, one on one home sessions and two days per week dog walks we are coming out the other side. The classes have been amazing for learning socialization and manners skills with other dogs and basic dog handling skills. Some at home one on one trainings to teach me how to reduce her reactivity have been very successful. She loves the group walks and has made human and dog friendships. Sophie has been very accommodating with working with a local kennel to pick my dog up for her routine walks while I have been overseas. The whole team are awesome and I trust them completely.
